Job Description:
Metro Medical Group is seeking talented healthcare professionals to join our team in Sharjah. We have open positions for a Radiologist and a Specialist Pediatrician to drive our clinical excellence and patient outreach. These roles are fundamental to our medical framework, requiring professionals who can provide accurate diagnostic reporting or specialized pediatric care for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Radiologist: Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures and provide accurate reports to drive patient sales of specialized treatments.
- Specialist Pediatrician: Diagnose and treat childhood illnesses while educating parents on child health and wellness.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care and safety.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding clinical credentialing and professional development.
- Utilize advanced Information Technology and medical imaging systems to maintain accurate patient records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Medicine or Pediatrics from a recognized institution.
- Valid UAE License (DOH, DHA, or MOH) in the respective specialty area.
- Proven background in management of complex clinical cases and diagnostic imaging workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding the latest pediatric or radiological protocols.
- Experience coordinating with engineering teams for medical equipment maintenance and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills; Immediate joiners based in Sharjah are preferred.
