Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our advanced IT infrastructure and specialized 3D printing systems in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can provide hands-on technical assistance and maintain high-performance networks. You will be responsible for implementing cybersecurity protocols, managing IT assets, and recommending system upgrades for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for sales and production teams.
- Install and maintain specialized software tools used in high-tech additive manufacturing and 3D printing environments.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls and data protection, to safeguard organizational management assets.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding employee IT onboarding and technical training sessions.
- Utilize advanced Information Technology systems to track licenses and manage hardware lifecycles.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in IT Support, specifically within technology-driven or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, network protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong background in management of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting for specialized industrial software.
- Professional background in education or certifications regarding 3D printing systems or cloud integration is an advantage.
- Excellent coordination skills to support engineering teams in a high-tech manufacturing setting.
