Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic commercial team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our revenue framework, requiring a professional who can identify new corporate opportunities and expand our presence in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, negotiating high-value contracts, and conducting market research for management review. We are looking for a proactive sales leader with a strong background in the Dubai hospitality market who thrives in a competitive luxury environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-volume sales and increase revenue across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
  • Build and maintain resilient relationships with corporate clients and international business partners.
  • Secure long-term contracts and corporate agreements to drive the hotel’s commercial management goals.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team synergy and professional hospitality training.
  • Utilize Information Technology and CRM tools to track leads and analyze competitor performance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales, specifically within B2B, corporate, or MICE environments.
  • Strong background in management of client accounts and complex pricing negotiations.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding luxury brand standards and Dubai market trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coordinate with the engineering and events teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced Dubai hotel setting.
