Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our energetic team in Dubai on a part-time basis. This role is fundamental to our client engagement framework, requiring a professional who can effectively communicate our service offerings and create a positive experience for potential clients. You will be responsible for engaging with customers through phone conversations and helping maintain our high standards of service for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through outbound calls to drive sales and provide comprehensive information about our financial services.
  • Build and maintain rapport with potential clients by delivering a professional and helpful phone experience.
  • Identify client needs and escalate complex inquiries to the senior management team when necessary.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding ongoing communication training and performance feedback.
  • Utilize Information Technology and CRM tools to log call activities and maintain accurate client records.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Certificate in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to build immediate rapport with diverse clients in the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of professional conversations and customer engagement.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding financial ethics and professional etiquette is an advantage.
  • Willingness to coordinate with the engineering and IT support teams for any technical assistance regarding telephony systems.
