Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our growth framework, requiring a professional who can proactively identify business opportunities and manage interior fit-out projects from lead generation to closing. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships and driving revenue through successful project sales for management review. We are looking for a proactive sales professional with a strong knowledge of the Dubai market who thrives in a performance-driven environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate high-quality leads and manage the full sales cycle for interior fit-out projects.
- Build and maintain resilient relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients in the UAE.
- Prepare professional project proposals and negotiate pricing to secure high-value fit-out contracts.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding freelance compliance and internal sales reporting.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and CRM software to track project revisions and client interactions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design.
- Preferred experience in Interior Fit-Out or Interior Design Sales; other Dubai-based sales experience will be considered.
- Strong background in management of client expectations and project timelines.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Dubai building codes and fit-out standards.
- Candidates must hold their own valid Dubai visa (Freelance, Spouse, or Family visa); company sponsorship is not provided.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coordinate with engineering and site teams for project delivery.
