Job Description:

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department in Dubai for multiple specialized roles, including Claims Submission, Reconciliation, and IP/OP Auditing. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can effectively manage healthcare insurance processes and ensure absolute compliance with UAE payer requirements. You will be responsible for auditing inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) claims, managing approvals, and maintaining accurate financial records for management review. We are looking for licensed Medical Coders or Doctors with a strong background in insurance guidelines who thrive in a detail-oriented medical environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and audit IP & OP claims to drive revenue accuracy and support the sales cycle of medical services.
  • Ensure accurate submission and verification of insurance claims in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.
  • Execute detailed reconciliation processes to maintain transparent and precise financial records for the organization.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding specialty training and RCM staff development.
  • Utilize Information Technology and specialized EMR systems to monitor claim approvals and coding standards.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Mandatory Qualification as a Medical Coder or Doctor with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Proven UAE experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or a related healthcare administrative role.
  • In-depth knowledge of IP & OP claims, insurance guidelines, and UAE payer operational requirements.
  • Strong background in management of clinical auditing and financial reconciliation workflows.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding medical coding standards (ICD-10, CPT) and healthcare ethics.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineering and facility teams for technical infrastructure support related to RCM systems.
