Job Description:

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chairman’s Office in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our leadership framework, requiring a confident and proactive individual who can manage complex calendars and coordinate high-level meetings across multiple time zones. You will be responsible for documenting minutes, tracking critical action items, and managing international travel itineraries for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chairman’s complex calendar and scheduling across various priorities to support sales and strategic goals.
  • Prepare and document minutes of meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on key decisions and executive management tasks.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including comprehensive itineraries and logistics.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding executive office protocols and senior stakeholder interactions.
  • Utilize Information Technology and high-level productivity tools to ensure seamless administrative operations.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience supporting a Chairman, Owner, or CXO level executive is mandatory.
  • Strong background in management of sensitive information and high-stakes corporate communication.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding corporate diplomacy and executive etiquette.
  • Willingness to coordinate with engineering and facilities teams for executive site visits or high-level project briefings.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to the dynamic schedule of top UAE leadership.
