Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Human Resources professional to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle day-to-day HR administrative functions and ensure full compliance with UAE labor regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting in visa processing, and coordinating internal administrative procedures for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative functions to support sales and hospitality staffing requirements.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee records, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in visa processing and related administrative procedures to ensure timely and efficient documentation.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding internal process coordination and record maintenance.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools to foster a positive workplace culture and manage inter-departmental collaboration.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in HR administration, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS and modern office Information Technology.
  • Strong background in management of employee documentation and administrative procedures.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding hospitality standards and UAE labor regulations.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineering and facility teams for staff housing or workplace safety documentation.
