Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to oversee specialized activities across our assigned sites in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our facilities framework, requiring a professional who can supervise field teams, conduct rigorous site inspections, and implement effective treatment solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring all operations comply with UAE safety and regulatory requirements for management review. We are looking for a safety-conscious leader with a valid UAE Municipality Pest Control License who thrives in a dynamic operational environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate pest control field teams to ensure efficient service delivery and support sales retention goals.
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections and risk assessments to identify pest issues and determine treatment strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards regarding the handling, storage, and application of chemicals.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team safety training and technician performance evaluations.
- Utilize Information Technology tools to document activities and generate detailed operational reports for clients.
🔹 Requirements:
- Relevant Certification in Pest Control or equivalent professional education.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in pest control specifically within the UAE.
- Valid UAE Municipality Pest Control License and a Valid UAE Driving License are mandatory.
- Strong background in management of pest identification, treatment techniques, and preventive measures.
- Professional background in training regarding chemical safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering and facility teams for integrated pest management (IPM) across complex sites.
