Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our expanding operations in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle the full spectrum of HR administration for an workforce of 100+ employees. You will be responsible for recruitment activities, visa processing, labor contracts, and payroll preparation for management review. We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of UAE Labor Law who thrives in a dynamic and supportive work environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings and interview coordination, to support sales and operational staffing needs.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of employee documentation, including visa processing, labor contracts, and Emirates ID renewals.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee records along with precise HR documentation in accordance with UAE regulations.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools to perform general office administration and generate regular HR operational reports.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional HR and administrative experience specifically within the UAE.
  • Proven experience managing HR operations for organizations with 100+ employees.
  • Strong background in management of UAE Labor Law compliance and HR procedures.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding corporate policy implementation and office management.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineering and technical teams for staff mobilization and site-specific administrative needs.
