Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our logistics framework, requiring a professional who can manage high-level client interactions while ensuring the smooth execution of multi-modal shipment operations. You will be responsible for coordinating air, sea, and land freight, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing timely updates for management review. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong background in the Abu Dhabi logistics market who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate directly with clients to manage and track shipments, supporting the sales cycle and client retention.
  • Handle multi-modal freight operations including air, sea, and land shipments in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate shipment records and documentation using modern Information Technology systems.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team coordination and professional development in customer service.
  • Ensure smooth handling of logistics processes by communicating effectively with internal operations and external stakeholders.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience in freight forwarding or logistics; Abu Dhabi experience preferred.
  • Strong background in management of shipment tracking, documentation, and client relations.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding international shipping terms (Incoterms) and customs procedures.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineering and technical teams for specialized cargo handling and equipment logistics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure logistics environment.
