Job Description:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to support our major projects across the UAE. This role is fundamental to our engineering framework, requiring a professional who can implement and monitor QA/QC procedures throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for reviewing inspection requests, conducting site audits, and addressing non-conformance issues for management review. We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in ISO standards and UAE/GCC regulatory requirements who thrives in a high-standard construction environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to support engineering excellence and project delivery timelines.
- Review inspection requests, test reports, and all quality-related documentation to ensure compliance with UAE specifications.
- Conduct regular site audits and identify non-conformance issues in coordination with project management teams.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding staff technical competency assessments and quality training sessions.
- Utilize Information Technology platforms to maintain accurate quality records and assist in project handover documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in QA/QC within construction or engineering projects.
- Mandatory work experience within the UAE or GCC region is required.
- Strong background in management of quality systems, inspection procedures, and ISO standards.
- Professional background in education or training regarding quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent reporting and coordination skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams.
