Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on IT recruitment to join our team in Dubai South. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes within the fast-paced Information Technology sector. You will be responsible for managing employee engagement initiatives, maintaining HRMS systems, and ensuring strict compliance with UAE labor regulations for management review. We are looking for a bilingual professional (Hindi & English) with a strong background in IT staffing who thrives in a dynamic work environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment and talent acquisition to support sales and technical delivery requirements.
  • Support employee engagement and overall HR operations in accordance with UAE labor regulations.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive HRMS records and prepare strategic HR-related reports for management.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding policy implementation and regulatory compliance.
  • Utilize modern Information Technology tools to fulfill hiring needs and enhance workplace culture.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional HR experience specifically within the UAE.
  • Strong background in IT recruitment and technical talent acquisition is essential.
  • Strong background in management of HRMS systems and UAE Labour Law.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding corporate policy and employee engagement.
  • Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory for professional communication and coordination.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineering and software teams to fulfill specific technical hiring requirements.
