Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Derma & Dental Coder to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our revenue cycle framework, requiring a professional who can accurately review, assign, and manage medical codes related to specialized dermatology and dental procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring all coding processes comply with industry standards and UAE healthcare regulations for management review. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in CPT, ICD, and HCPCS coding who thrives in a structured healthcare environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate coding for dermatology and dental procedures to support sales and billing efficiency.
- Review medical records and assign appropriate codes in strict accordance with UAE coding standards.
- Maintain high accuracy in documentation and coding processes to minimize claim denials.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding technical training and compliance certification updates.
- Utilize Information Technology platforms and EHR systems to manage coding documentation effectively.
🔹 Requirements:
- Relevant certification (CPC, CCS-P, etc.) or a Diploma/Degree in Medical Coding or a Healthcare field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in medical coding specifically within Abu Dhabi.
- Must be holding a valid UAE Family Visa to be eligible for this position.
- Strong knowledge of management of derma and dental coding practices and global clinical guidelines.
- Professional background in education or training regarding healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering and IT support teams for system troubleshooting and data security protocols.
