Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven Senior ERP Sales Consultant to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our business framework, requiring a professional who can manage the full sales cycle and deliver tailored ERP solutions to diverse organizations. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with C-level executives, and closing high-value deals for management review. We are looking for a motivated sales expert with mandatory UAE experience in platforms like Odoo, SAP, or Oracle. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP market to drive sales growth.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their operational needs and propose suitable ERP systems and digital strategies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and technical presentation to final negotiations and closing.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team expansion and sales performance training initiatives.
- Stay updated on global industry trends and emerging ERP technologies to provide valuable strategic insights to clients.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related academic discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in ERP sales specifically within the UAE market.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for client meetings and business travel.
- Strong background in management of complex sales cycles and C-level relationship building.
- Professional background in education or training regarding digital transformation and enterprise software.
