Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our design framework, requiring a creative professional who can transform architectural and interior concepts into photorealistic 3D renderings. You will be responsible for modeling, texturing, and lighting residential and commercial projects for management review. We are looking for an expert in 3ds Max and V-Ray/Corona who thrives in a dynamic and creative work environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality interior and exterior 3D renderings with a photorealistic finish to support design presentations.
- Interpret complex architectural drawings and convert them into detailed 3D models using advanced visualization software.
- Apply deep knowledge of lighting, materials, and space styling to enhance the visual quality of mixed-use developments.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding creative team collaboration and professional development sessions.
- Utilize cutting-edge rendering tools and post-production techniques to ensure all visual outputs meet high project standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural and interior 3D visualization.
- Strong expertise in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, and Photoshop; knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong background in management of complex rendering workflows and meeting tight project deadlines.
- Professional background in education or training regarding digital art composition and lighting techniques.
- Immediate availability or the ability to join within 1–2 weeks is highly preferred.
