Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Planning Engineer to oversee large-scale building projects across the UAE. This role is fundamental to our project framework, requiring a professional who can effectively manage project timelines and monitor progress for hotels and villas. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient planning and execution throughout the project lifecycle for management review. We are looking for a seasoned engineer with a mandatory background in contracting and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project timelines for large-scale construction projects using advanced Primavera P6 scheduling.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports to ensure efficient planning and execution cycles.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of hospitality and residential developments.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding project staffing and technical training requirements.
- Utilize digital planning tools to identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies for management review.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant academic discipline.
- 10 to 12 years of professional experience in project planning within the UAE or GCC region.
- Proven background working specifically within a contracting company environment is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 for complex project scheduling and progress tracking.
- Strong background in management of building construction projects, particularly hotels and villas.
- Professional background in education or training regarding international planning standards and project controls.
