Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our finance team in Fujairah. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can manage financial records and reporting using Tally ERP within the fast-paced construction industry. You will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks and ensuring financial accuracy for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP to support fiscal reporting.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including project cost tracking and ledger management for construction works.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding payroll accounting and internal financial controls.
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with UAE accounting standards and company-specific policies.
- Utilize digital tools to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective financial strategies for management review.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related academic discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on professional experience in accounting roles.
- Strong expertise in Tally ERP is mandatory for financial records and reporting.
- Proven professional background specifically within the UAE construction industry.
- Strong background in management of financial documentation and project-based accounting.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE financial regulations and engineering project controls.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role; immediate availability is required.
