Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Analyst to join a leading banking environment in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, providing application support, and ensuring compliance with banking security standards for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear functional and system specifications.
- Provide comprehensive support for system operations, including troubleshooting technical issues and data flow analysis.
- Support ITIL-based processes including incident, problem, and change management to ensure operational stability.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding technical onboarding and system access governance.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and validate system enhancements for seamless delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Proven professional experience as a System Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Strong background in management of functional specifications, impact analysis, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices; certifications such as ITIL or Business Analysis are preferred.
- Professional background in education or training regarding banking security standards and audit requirements.
- Excellent coordination skills to collaborate with third-party vendors and internal IT teams effectively.
