Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Officer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies across active project sites. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, and delivering safety inductions for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across project sites to support engineering and construction goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections and detailed risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential workplace hazards.
- Deliver safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and inductions to ensure a highly informed and compliant workforce.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding safety training records and employee wellness initiatives.
- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, recommending corrective and preventive measures to senior management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Relevant academic background; NEBOSH or IOSH certifications are highly preferred.
- Prior professional experience specifically within the contracting or construction industry is mandatory.
- Strong background in management of site safety audits, risk registers, and compliance documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and local municipality requirements.
- Professional background in education or training regarding workplace safety protocols and emergency response.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational abilities to coordinate with diverse project teams.
