Available Positions:

• Project Manager: Strategic leadership and project lifecycle oversight.
• Maintenance Engineer: Technical coordination for water utility systems.
• QA/QC Engineer: Quality assurance and regulatory compliance monitoring.
• Quantity Surveyor: Cost management and contract administration.
• Document Controller: Technical record-keeping and project documentation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee engineering operations within the TAQA Distribution O&M framework.
• Maintain high standards of operational efficiency across water utility infrastructure in Al Ain.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding project staffing and technical competency training.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet strict quality and safety standards for final approval by TAQA.
• Utilize digital Information Technology platforms to track project progress and document workflows.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant academic discipline.
• Proven professional experience in the water utilities sector is strictly mandatory for all roles.
• Prior involvement in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) projects is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong background in management of complex utility infrastructure and stakeholder coordination.
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE utility standards and TAQA protocols.
• Candidates must be available for interviews; final selection is subject to client approval.
