🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs and monitor budgets to ensure high levels of financial efficiency across all ongoing developments.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to implement and maintain rigorous cost control processes and reporting cycles.
- Identify potential cost overruns and implement mitigation strategies for management review.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team performance tracking and professional development programs.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track expenditures and generate accurate financial progress reports.

- Proven ability to manage complex project costs within a high-profile construction environment.
- Strong background in management of project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial data analysis.
- Professional background in education or training regarding international cost engineering standards and project controls.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse project stakeholders.
