🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursing operations within assigned Emergency or Critical Care departments to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, supporting overall clinical management and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with medical teams to deliver efficient and timely healthcare services in high-pressure environments.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding staff development, training, and competency assessments.
- Utilize digital Information Technology systems to maintain accurate medical records and monitor patient conditions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an equivalent academic qualification is mandatory.
- Must hold a valid nursing license or meet eligibility criteria for practice within Abu Dhabi.
- Proven professional experience in Emergency or Critical Care nursing units.
- Strong background in management of nursing teams and clinical protocols in fast-paced environments.
- Professional background in education or training regarding advanced life support and patient safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills are essential.
