Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Designer to join our Steel Division in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our fabrication framework, requiring a professional who can turn complex concepts into practical and visually impressive steel solutions. You will be responsible for creating innovative designs for architectural features—including mashrabiya cladding, pergolas, and gates—ensuring every project meets our rigorous quality standards for management review. We are looking for a technical expert proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative 2D and 3D designs for steel structures and decorative metal elements across diverse architectural projects.
- Develop detailed technical shop drawings, specifications, and Material Take-Offs (MTOs) to support production cycles.
- Ensure all designs maintain a perfect balance of aesthetics, functionality, and structural stability in Dubai.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding technical team training and project-based staffing documentation.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to manage drafting workflows and maintain precise technical documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in steel design and metal fabrication work is mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in sheet metal fabrication techniques and architectural features like handrails, pergolas, and cladding.
- Strong background in management of technical drafting processes using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
- Professional background in education or training regarding steel structural standards and fabrication safety protocols.
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality shop drawings within strict project timelines.
