Available Positions:

• Customer Service: Managing inquiries and ensuring high service satisfaction levels.
• Operations Executive (Customs Clearance): Overseeing documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Sales Executives (2): Identifying new business opportunities and territory sales growth.
• Finance Executive: Managing financial transactions, basic accounting, and reporting functions.
• PRO / Messenger: Coordinating administrative tasks and government-related documentation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily freight operations, including customs clearance and logistical documentation management.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive sales growth within the Abu Dhabi market.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding PRO-related activities and staff coordination.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track shipments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external government authorities to ensure smooth operational workflows.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant professional academic qualification is preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience specifically within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong background in management of customer relationships, customs portals, or financial reporting.
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE customs regulations and global trade standards.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for all Sales Executive applicants.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to work under pressure in UAE.
