Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Dental Assistants to join our growing teams in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain. This role is fundamental to our clinical framework, requiring a professional who can support dentists during complex procedures while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety. You will be responsible for instrument sterilization, patient comfort, and managing clinical records for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during various clinical procedures and treatments to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in strict compliance with UAE health standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional licensure renewals and internal training coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the clinic for clinical management review.
- Utilize digital Information Technology systems for managing patient records and coordinating appointments.
🔹 Requirements:
- Relevant Dental Assistant Certification is mandatory.
- Must hold a valid DHA license (for Dubai) or DOH license (for Abu Dhabi/Al Ain).
- Proven professional experience working as a Dental Assistant.
- Strong background in management of clinical hygiene, patient records, and chairside assistance.
- Professional background in education or training regarding infection control and modern dental treatments.
- Patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in UAE.
