Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our fit-out framework, requiring a professional who can efficiently manage sourcing activities and ensure the timely availability of high-quality materials. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, tracking project inventory, and ensuring all procurement processes align with strict project timelines for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing and coordinating with specialized interior fit-out suppliers.
- Oversee the timely delivery of materials and maintain precise tracking of project inventory in Dubai.
- Maintain strong communication channels with vendors and internal project teams for seamless management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding procurement staffing needs and internal training coordination.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to anticipate material needs and avoid project delays.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical academic discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of professional procurement experience specifically within the UAE interior fit-out industry.
- Strong background in management of supplier coordination, organizational records, and project timelines.
- Professional background in education or training regarding fit-out materials and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple vendors effectively in UAE.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred for this growing team.
