Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who understands the complexities of handling high-value inventory such as watches, jewelry, or precious metals. You will take full ownership of financial operations, including P&L, cash flow, and VAT compliance for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of financial operations, including Profit & Loss, cash flow management, and balance sheet oversight.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of high-value inventory by reconciling system records with physical stock without discrepancies in Dubai.
- Manage UAE VAT filings and ensure strict compliance with Corporate Tax regulations for fiscal management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding payroll compliance and internal audit coordination.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to handle multi-currency transactions and monitor foreign exchange exposure.
🔹 Requirements:
- CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is highly preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with mandatory exposure to the UAE or GCC luxury markets.
- Proven background in management of high-value goods (watches, jewelry, or precious metals).
- Professional background in education or training regarding Big 4 auditing standards and international financial reporting.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin is a significant advantage for the UAE market.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to non-negotiable financial accuracy.
