Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated professionals to join our expanding team in Al Ain across multiple roles: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Makeup Artist (MUA), and Beauty Advisors. These positions are fundamental to our retail framework, requiring experts who are highly presentable and possess strong communication skills. You will be responsible for daily store operations, expert beauty demonstrations, and personalized skincare guidance for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure a smooth operational workflow for retail management.
- Provide expert beauty services, including makeup application, skincare guidance, and product demonstrations in Al Ain.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional training, staff scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment to enhance the guest experience.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for inventory management, point-of-sale transactions, and client databases.

- Relevant Certification or Diploma in Beauty, Cosmetics, or Retail Management.
- Proven professional experience in management of skincare, haircare, nail care, or fragrance products.
- Professional background in education or training regarding makeup artistry and customer service excellence.
- Highly presentable and adaptable demeanor with the ability to work across different UAE locations.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach to beauty consultations.
- Willingness to grow within a fast-paced and supportive retail team.
