Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our growth framework, with a specific focus split of 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HR Operations. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, handle onboarding, and support the HR team with essential administrative tasks for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination in Dubai.
  • Handle comprehensive onboarding processes and ensure accurate HR documentation for management oversight.
  • Support the broader Human Resources team with operational tasks and administrative coordination.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ATS platforms to maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams to maintain a professional hiring journey in UAE.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
  • Mandatory professional experience within the Dubai Real Estate sector.
  • Strong background in management of high-volume recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
