Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Head Waitress to take charge of floor operations and lead our service team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who excels in guest service and thrives in high-volume settings. You will be responsible for leading the service team, resolving guest issues, and mentoring junior staff for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the restaurant service team to ensure seamless floor operations in Dubai.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high-quality service standards for management oversight.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding staff training, performance evaluations, and uniform standards.
  • Address and resolve guest feedback promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology systems for reservation management and floor coordination.

  • High School Diploma or relevant professional academic qualification in Hospitality / Restaurant Management.
  • Proven professional experience as a Head Waitress, Floor Supervisor, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong background in management of high-volume dining environments and service workflows.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding international service protocols and guest relations.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills with the ability to maintain composure in UAE‘s fast-paced market.
