Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Early Years Educators to join our nurseries in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This role is fundamental to our academic framework, requiring professionals passionate about early childhood education. You will be responsible for creating safe learning environments, implementing activities based on EYFS and Montessori principles, and supporting the cognitive development of young children for management review. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can also provide Maternity Cover in Dubai, ensuring continuity of care. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young learners in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Plan and implement educational activities aligned with EYFS and Montessori principles for nursery management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding maternity cover, professional training, and high-quality standards.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging and positive interactions.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track child progress and maintain accurate educational records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Certification, or a relevant EYFS academic qualification.
- Proven professional experience within a nursery or early childhood development setting in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of classroom activities, child safety, and curriculum implementation.
- Professional background in education or training regarding holistic child development and pedagogical frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and engaging environment for early learners.
