Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Dubai-based team at 3X Capital. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage the complete recruitment cycle and ensure strict compliance with UAE regulations. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent, while working closely with the PRO team for visa processing and MOHRE documentation for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing and interviewing for various management levels.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance with MOHRE regulations in Dubai.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and PRO teams to coordinate visa processing and government-related procedures.
  • Initiate and support activities that enhance employee engagement and workplace morale.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to prepare HR-related reports and handle administrative tasks.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience specifically within the Dubai market.
  • Strong background in management of recruitment workflows and international HR practices.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding MOHRE processes, visa procedures, and UAE labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent communication skills.
