Job Description:
We are seeking experienced professionals for key management roles for our upcoming project in Dubai. Whether you specialize in floor operations as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in supply chain as a Procurement/Purchasing Manager, your role is fundamental to our expansion framework. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing supplier relationships, and leading team members toward organizational goals for management review. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in upper casual dining who are passionate about collaborative teamwork. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations or procurement functions efficiently to ensure high standards in Dubai.
- Oversee purchasing processes, maintaining strong supplier relationships and inventory control for management oversight.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team training, performance metrics, and policy implementation.
- Monitor budgets and track performance metrics to ensure long-term profitability and operational excellence.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for inventory management, POS reporting, and procurement tracking.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within F&B hospitality and upper casual dining.
- Strong background in management of multi-functional teams and complex guest service environments.
- Professional background in education or training regarding food safety, procurement best practices, and UAE labor laws.
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for a fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality setting.
