Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Contracts & Procurement Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our supply chain framework, requiring a professional who can review contracts, manage RFQs, and maintain accurate procurement records. You will be responsible for analyzing spending trends, monitoring contract renewals, and coordinating with external suppliers for management review. We are looking for a native Arabic speaker with hands-on experience in ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 or Oracle. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and preparing contracts in accordance with internal legal guidelines and management policies.
- Support end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and vendor evaluation in Abu Dhabi.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding vendor compliance, ethical standards, and staff procurement training.
- Analyze procurement data, including pricing and supplier performance metrics, to streamline workflows.
- Utilize digital Information Technology systems like Dynamics 365 and Oracle for record-keeping and contract tracking.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or Law.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Native Arabic speaker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong background in management of contract timelines, renewals, and procurement documentation.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Oracle, Dynamics 365, and ethical procurement practices.
- High level of proficiency in Information Technology tools for data analysis and reporting.
