Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our hospitality framework, requiring an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations for management review. We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and specific experience within the hotel industry. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for various hotel departments in Sharjah.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and maintaining a positive work environment for management oversight.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policy updates.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, including accurate record-keeping and documentation of staff files.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to assist in implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience specifically within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong background in management of recruitment activities and employee relations.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding standard HR practices and current UAE Labour Law.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
  • Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
