Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA Inspector to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our manufacturing framework, requiring a professional with a strong background in food safety and regulatory compliance within the GCC. You will be responsible for carrying out regular inspections, conducting internal audits (FSSC, BRC, ISO 9001), and maintaining essential HSE documentation for management review. We are looking for an IRCA-accredited Lead Auditor who can deliver safety toolbox talks and ensure workplace safety. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular inspections to ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense regulations in Dubai.
- Conduct internal audits aligned with recognized international standards such as FSSC, BRC, and ISO 9001 for management oversight.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding employee inductions, food safety training, and safety toolbox talks.
- Maintain and update documentation related to food safety, HSE practices, and CAPA reports.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor workplace safety and track compliance metrics.
🔹 Requirements:
- Relevant certifications including Advanced Food Hygiene Level 4, HACCP Level 3, and PIC Level 3.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in QA or food safety within the GCC food manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in management of HSE standards, regulatory compliance, and IRCA-accredited auditing.
- Professional background in education or training regarding food safety protocols and workplace first aid.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for the United Arab Emirates.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
