Job Description:
We are seeking a competent and experienced Delivery Manager to lead our delivery manpower supply operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our logistics framework, requiring a professional who has successfully managed delivery teams and handled complex client accounts. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete deployment process, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and tracking billing for management review. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of UAE labor laws and outsourcing practices. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term collaboration in Dubai.
- Oversee the complete manpower deployment process for seamless day-to-day operations under senior management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding recruitment, labor law compliance, and employee relations.
- Track billing processes and prepare detailed operational reports to ensure account profitability.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to lead delivery teams and monitor SLA achievement.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related academic discipline.
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience specifically in a UAE-based delivery manpower supply company.
- Strong background in management of client escalations and large-scale workforce deployment.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE labor laws and outsourcing standards.
- A valid UAE driving license is considered a significant advantage for this role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for a fast-paced logistics environment.
