Job Description:
We are urgently seeking Registered Nurses to support our health services within labor camp environments in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our medical framework, requiring nursing professionals who are dedicated to providing quality patient care and monitoring the wellbeing of residents. You will be responsible for recording vital signs, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring adherence to DHA standards for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential nursing care and support to residents according to standard healthcare protocols in Dubai.
- Monitor health conditions, record vital signs, and report medical concerns promptly to clinical management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding DHA licensing, staff inductions, and camp policy compliance.
- Support healthcare staff in routine medical procedures and accurate patient record-keeping.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain documentation for daily health monitoring and safety standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing or an equivalent academic qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in the UAE is a plus.
- Strong background in management of patient care, vital sign monitoring, and medical record-keeping.
- Professional background in education or training regarding DHA standards and healthcare quality protocols.
- DHA eligibility is highly preferred; Immediate joiners will be given priority for this position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of dedication to patient wellbeing in a fast-paced environment.
