Job Description:
We are seeking motivated HSE Inspectors and Assistants to join our operations team. This entry-level role is fundamental to our safety framework, requiring individuals passionate about Health, Safety, and Environmental management. You will be responsible for conducting routine site inspections, delivering toolbox talks, and monitoring MEP-related activities for management review. We are looking for candidates with a technical background who can ensure that safety regulations are followed consistently across various facilities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine safety inspections across facilities and maintenance sites in Dubai to identify potential hazards.
- Organize and deliver safety awareness sessions and toolbox talks for site teams and management.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding safety certifications, incident reporting, and employee welfare.
- Monitor workplace compliance during maintenance and MEP activities to ensure adherence to established safety guidelines.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track safety metrics and maintain accurate incident documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- 3-year Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent technical academic qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within UAE Facilities Management or MEP environments.
- Strong background in management of workplace monitoring, hazard identification, and safety reporting.
- Professional background in education or training regarding NEBOSH or IOSH standards and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to promote a safe working culture in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
- High level of proficiency in Information Technology tools for HSE documentation.
