Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Admin & Data Entry Executive to support our administrative functions in a hybrid capacity. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can maintain accurate records, manage complex data entries, and prepare detailed reports for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain company data across internal systems and databases in Dubai.
  • Prepare reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel for operational management and decision-making.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding documentation management, internal communications, and record keeping.
  • Review and verify entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness before final submission to management.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to coordinate administrative tasks and improve business productivity.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • A few years of professional experience specifically within Dubai in administrative or data entry roles.
  • Strong background in management of spreadsheets, record keeping, and report preparation.
