Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee our interior design and fit-out projects in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our construction framework, requiring a professional who can manage the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to final handover. You will be responsible for documentation control, stakeholder coordination, and technical reviews for management oversight. We are looking for an organized individual proficient in AutoCAD who can maintain strict timelines and high-quality standards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for managing interior design and fit-out projects from concept development to completion in Dubai.
- Oversee documentation control including architectural drawings, BOQs, technical submissions, and project management correspondence.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding site labor coordination, safety compliance, and professional project staffing.
- Serve as the primary contact between design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and AutoCAD to review technical specifications and track project progress.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Proven professional experience in interior fit-out projects or construction coordination within the United Arab Emirates.
- Strong background in management of project planning, site coordination, and stakeholder relations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding AutoCAD, BOQ analysis, and local construction regulations.
- Must currently be residing in the UAE to be considered for this high-impact role.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to interpret complex architectural drawings in a fast-paced environment.
