Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Dubai team. This role is fundamental to our engineering framework, requiring a professional who can ensure all construction projects operate within established regulatory standards. You will be responsible for managing contract-related documentation, monitoring compliance, and evaluating variations and claims for management review. We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of UAE construction standards and claims processing. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, update, and organize all project-related contract documentation to ensure accurate records of agreements in Dubai.
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of contract variations, change orders, and claims for management oversight.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding labor contract compliance, site staffing regulations, and administrative protocols.
  • Serve as a primary point of coordination between project managers, engineers, and contractors to address contractual inquiries.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track project activities and safeguard the company’s legal interests.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE construction sector.
  • Strong background in management of contract management procedures, claims processing, and technical documentation.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE construction law, FIDIC standards, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain transparency in project correspondence in a fast-paced environment.
