Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate QHSE Trainer for immediate placement at our Dubai location. This role is fundamental to our education framework, requiring a professional who can deliver engaging training sessions focused on workplace safety, environmental standards, and compliance for management review. You will be responsible for guiding trainees through practical learning experiences and ensuring all programs are aligned with industry best practices. We are looking for a confident communicator, preferably with DCAS approval and multi-language capabilities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and informative QHSE training sessions focused on workplace safety and environmental compliance in Dubai.
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure training programs are practical and aligned with international safety standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding trainee certifications, professional development tracks, and faculty requirements.
- Maintain high professional training standards while guiding diverse groups through practical safety procedures.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to track training progress, generate compliance reports, and manage educational materials.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Proven professional experience specifically in delivering QHSE-related training programs within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of workplace safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
- Professional background in education or training with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- DCAS-approved trainers will be given high preference for this position in Dubai.
- Ability to conduct sessions in multiple languages is an advantage, with Hindi-speaking candidates preferred.
- Must be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and structured training environment.
