Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Office Assistant to support our administrative and operational functions in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our corporate framework, requiring a proactive professional who can handle daily documentation, maintain records, and ensure smooth office workflows for management review. You will be responsible for data entry, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with various departments to ensure task execution. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative duties including high-volume documentation and filing in Abu Dhabi.
  • Keep all operational and administrative documents updated and properly organized for management oversight.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding office record-keeping, staff documentation, and general administrative assistance.
  • Perform data entry tasks and assist in the preparation of official business letters and basic reports.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain both physical and digital filing systems.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience specifically in office administration or an administrative support role.
  • Strong background in management of office records, record-keeping, and general coordination tasks.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi work environment.
  • Prior UAE experience is highly considered an advantage for this role at Mazmo Environmental Services.
