Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Marketing Coordinator to support our Business Unit Head in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a proactive professional who can manage schedules, assist with internal marketing initiatives, and handle corporate communications for management review. You will be responsible for preparing reports in Excel, designing presentations in Canva, and ensuring timely follow-ups on critical business tasks. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong written communication skills and a professional approach to email correspondence. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support to the Business Unit Head in Dubai.
- Organize complex schedules, arrange meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups on management tasks.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding internal communications, inter-departmental marketing initiatives, and corporate events.
- Prepare detailed data records and marketing reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and design tools like Canva to develop professional marketing materials and presentations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong background in management of administrative workflows, time management, and professional correspondence.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Sales & Marketing coordination and presentation design.
- Basic familiarity with Canva and the ability to assist with creative visual content.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment in Dubai.
