Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer specializing in precast operations to join our team in Dubai Industrial City. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can ensure all production processes and finished elements meet quality standards for management review. You will be responsible for carrying out inspections at all stages of production, performing quality checks on molds and reinforcement, and maintaining detailed documentation. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering and hands-on experience in concrete testing. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out rigorous inspections at all stages of precast production and on finished products in Dubai.
- Ensure all structural work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, and standards for management oversight.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and production departments regarding safety compliance, technical training, and quality reporting protocols.
- Monitor and execute required testing procedures for molds, reinforcement, casting, and curing processes.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain detailed QA/QC documentation and inspection reports.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in QA/QC within precast or construction environments in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong background in management of concrete testing, reinforcement inspection, and quality control practices.
- Professional background in education or training regarding precast production standards and structural specifications.
- Excellent reporting and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Dubai Industrial City environment.
