Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our real estate framework, requiring a proactive professional who can act as the first point of contact for visitors and manage front-desk operations for management review. You will be responsible for welcoming walk-in clients, managing phone and WhatsApp inquiries, and coordinating appointments for our sales agents. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude and strong multitasking abilities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a courteous and professional manner at our Dubai office.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries for management and sales agent follow-ups.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and sales teams to schedule and coordinate agent-client appointments effectively.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to reflect professional branding.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office to handle basic administrative duties and documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with basic administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong background in management of front-desk activities, client scheduling, and office coordination.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding real estate hospitality and front-office protocols.
  • Presentable appearance with a positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Information Technology, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel) and professional email handling.
