Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Executive to manage daily human resources functions and support employee-related processes in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our administrative framework, requiring a professional who can handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution for management review. You will be responsible for supporting payroll processing, managing recruitment screening and onboarding, and ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in HR Operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and comprehensive employee administration tasks in Sharjah.
  • Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution to meet management standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and finance departments regarding payroll accuracy, recruitment documentation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure all internal policies and employee records are strictly compliant with current UAE Labour Law.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HRIS systems to maintain updated employee files and documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR operations within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of employee relations, administrative records, and recruitment screening.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Prior experience in a manpower supply or recruitment agency is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Sharjah work environment.
