Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Business Bay, Dubai. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can identify new sales opportunities, build robust client relationships, and promote company services for management review. You will be responsible for negotiating deals, closing sales, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Business Development and a passion for marketing. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base across Dubai.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to meet management growth targets.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and marketing departments regarding client feedback, market trends, and professional sales training.
  • Negotiate high-value deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly performance targets.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to track sales progress and client interactions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Proven professional experience in sales or business development within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of client accounts, negotiation processes, and sales strategies.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding media marketing and modern sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Business Bay environment.
